Dear Readers,
Hope you had a wonderful holiday! Next week, I will be at SHOT Show in Las Vegas, and will be checking out the latest and greatest in survival knives, survival guns, axes, and related gear. I plan to post my adventures on our Twitter and Facebook pages now that I have an Iphone and finally learned how to use it!
Articles and Reviews-- Due to the flood disaster here last Fall, we had to delay testing and photography on some of the edged tools and bushcrafting gear we had planned to post reviews on last month. I'm happy to report that we have finished these reviews, and after SHOT Show will be posting lots of new material. Reviews will include Council Tool's new Velvicut Boy's Axe, Wetterlings Fine Forest Axe, Ontario Blackbird field review (plus other survival knives and axes), some very cool curved knives, original articles on bushcraft and wilderness survival, new and interesting wilderness survival guns, and many more.
We look forward to sharing our adventures with you, and as always, really appreciate your emails, comments, and the support you've shown.
Cheers!
Jason, Leah, and Monica
